Booking Wizard & Calendar

Creating single or repetitive bookings is easy to learn and simple to do. Move seamlessly between event information, client data, room rates and event detail information. Once a booking has been created, Chaser VENUE automatically generates an event schedule and contract that you may email directly or print to send to your clients.

Enquiry Module

Catering & Beverages
Record your drinks inventory, create packages and multiple charge rates so that sales staff can easily apply the correct charge to each event. Catering is divided into four levels allowing the finest level of detail to be recorded.
With a simple click of the mouse this level of detail facilitates accurate menu selection and charging per delegate. Used in its simplest form you may charge per head for specific meal selections, combinations or refreshment combinations.
Floor Plans
Integrated within each booking the Floor Plan manager allows you to create and save custom floor plan layouts using the in-built floor plan designer. Start with an empty room layout or re-load a popular layout - you can even save photographs of each room and add graphical objects for inclusion in your event planner. Scale floor plans and objects may be added or updated by users at any time.
Attendee & Seating Plans
Import your clients' guest information into Chaser VENUE instantly. Once the information is in Chaser VENUE it can be used to manage and print seating plans, along side our graphical floor plans, making last minute seating changes child's play! The attendee area of the system provides you with the option to record function and registration information and issue delegate invoices. A great tool for organising weddings, events and Christmas parties and gives you the time and resource to go that extra mile for your clients.
ACTIONS!
All Velvet Software products have integrated follow-up actions for individuals or teams of users, hence the Chaser brand. With Chaser VENUE not only can you create one-off to-do actions for yourself or other system users, using the Actions Set-up you can create automated actions that are triggered by events or a specified time period.
For example, the system can remind sales staff if a contract or deposit has not been received within the required time to confirm an event, allowing the release of valuable provisional bookings to other clients.
You may also create an automatic action for users to generate certain reports, evaluation letters or perform tasks a specified number of days before / after each event. The options are limitless but flexible enough to work for every client.
Pro-active Marketing
