Our Conference Hall is a bespoke, customisable space which can host and meet your requirements for a variety of events - from conferences through to exhibitions. It is designed to accommodate, in complete comfort, up to 300 delegates 'theatre style' or, 170 delegates 'cabaret style'.

MTLC has a fully licensed bar and entertainment licence, and so is also ideal for functions, parties and celebrations. Our staff can help you with everything from the catering, live bands or disco, to flowers and decorations, or even a magician!
How many meeting rooms do you have?
One large Conference Hall plus 12 training/meeting rooms.
How many team members have access to the system?
16 at present.
How did you find the transition to Chaser VENUE & what difference has Chaser VENUE made to your event booking process?
It took approximately 3 months (outside normal working hours) to input all the customer information etc before we could 'go live'. We found it hard at first as we were used to the paper diary system and it seemed to take much longer to put a booking into Chaser VENUE. However, we soon got used to it and now we wouldn't be without it!
In what way has Chaser VENUE changed the way team members spend their working time?
The daily workload has changed because the use of this system has allowed us to expand our business and provide a much more professional service to our customers.
What feedback have you received from existing clients since using Chaser VENUE?
Customers appreciate receiving the confirmation sheets which give detailed information regarding the booking including date of event, room number, numbers attending, catering arrangements, together with a breakdown of cost.
Which Chaser VENUE features have best enhanced the way you manage your events?
Being able to e-mail confirmation of bookings direct from the system to our customers, being able to access a 'history' of booking information via the contact log/audit log and having an integrated invoicing system which produces invoices at the touch of a button.
How has Chaser VENUE improved internal / external communications and affected the way you pro-actively market your venue?
All the information about a particular booking is contained in one place and all members of the team have access to this. This means that individual members of staff can access the information they need from the system, ie catering requirements, room set-up, technical equipment required etc, rather than having to rely on verbal communication and everyone can deal with customer enquiries.
How would you rate the service, support and training that you have received from Velvet Software?
Chris is particularly helpful and approachable and always tries to resolve queries as soon as possible.
