When searching for a new system, Patrick Beaumé, Director of Food & Beverage, was looking for a new system to integrate with their exiting procedures and automate current manual processes. Chaser VENUE now saves over 2 staff days per week by generating bespoke weekly function sheets, financial and statistical reports.
How did you find the transition to Chaser VENUE & what difference has Chaser VENUE made to your event booking process?
With Chaser VENUE all conference, wedding and event details, whether enquiries, provisional bookings or confirmed bookings are put on the system. The contracts that Chaser produces show every detail and an overall cost of the conference, which helps the client and us.
In what way has Chaser VENUE changed the way team members spend their working time?
With Chaser VENUE time is spent in different ways. Before we installed Chaser, contracts were written manually in Microsoft Word, now Chaser produces them automatically freeing valuable time.
How has Chaser VENUE improved internal / external communications and affected the way you pro-actively market your venue?
The ability to look at what clients have had in past conferences at the click of a button is very useful instead of having to look through paperwork. It makes us look professional to clients when we know who they are and what requirements they generally have without them having to tell us.
Chaser now produces a customised Business and Banqueting Sheet which shows in detail each conference's requirements from room locations and set-up to all food and beverage requirements. The sheet keeps other departments consistently up to date with what's happening in the Business and Banqueting Department.How would you rate the service, support and training that you have received from Velvet Software?
