Custom Status, Custom Views

Customise each event status to suit the working practices at your venue and assign distinctive colours to each. The status may be set to enforce booking protection to prevent double bookings, warn or ignore. Switch between Day, Week, Month and Year views instantly - you may also view just a particular room or group of rooms if you have multiple bookings. Using the preferences, users may customise the start and end times, layout and default view when they access the system.

Security & Workflow

Each user may have different permissions within the system and also for each location group. For example, one booking team may be responsible for events in your main hall whereas another individual is responsible for just your training rooms.

In-built workflow means that tasks and responsibilities are clearly defined between team members from initial enquiry through to event confirmation, post event consumption figures, invoicing and evaluation.
