Client Data

Chaser VENUE stores all your client data in one place. No more duplication or loss of contact. For each event the client data is re-used and updated as necessary ensuring that you have the latest information at your disposal. Multiple contacts at one organisation are recorded whilst contact between them is logged.

Organisation Details

Each client, or organisation, may have multiple contacts with a single contact defined as the default. Each contact person has their own unique contact details in addition to a free notes field and the option of creating user-defined fields.

Record telephone conversations, generate ad-hoc or predefined letters and emails in one place. Chaser VENUE allows you to create letters and emails directly from the system whilst logging the content and prompting users for a follow-up action. All users with the necessary permission have access to the content of communications without having to access each other's computers or manual files.

Events List

View all current, past and future events for a selected client on the Events tab. Selecting an event with the mouse automatically takes users to the Event details screen. Clicking a column heading automatically sorts the data in ascending or descending order.

Action List

Individual actions created by users and those automatically created by the Chaser's action rules are grouped into Overdue, Today, Future and Completed. Within the Client screen actions relating to every event are listed in addition to follow-up actions that may be event independent.

Proactive Marketing

Create and save custom filters, generate letters, emails or faxes directly from the system. Chaser VENUE automatically logs that communications have been sent against the relevant client and prompts users to create a follow-up action. Sending out an "e-blast" notification of a special promotion to a specific group of clients has never been easier!
