Chaser VENUE keeps tab of each event in real time. As you adjust a client's booking requirements, the Event Summary tab displays the exact costs and financial position of each booking. Deposits, outstanding balances and VAT are clearly visible.

Discounts & Cost

For clients where you have applied a discount or where clients belong to an automatically discounted group, the Summary tab shows the full price, cost and discount in one simple view. Where equipment and services are out-sourced any costs associated with the event are displayed as individual totals for each charge group and for the event as a whole. No more guesstimates on your profitability; your Net and Margins are clearly shown in actual and percentage amounts!

Deposits & Invoicing

Deposit payments may be recorded directly in Chaser VENUE against an outstanding invoice or against the event as a whole. The Summary tab shows the current financial position of your client's event including any invoiced amounts.

Event invoices may be generated per event, as a batch periodically or exported to an external accounts package.
